This is the 1st one of these I have had. This style of eagle was only used for 9 months before being replaced by the one we are familiar with, which is the next item listed in this section. It is made just like an Army M44 eagle, and marked Bevo. The condition is perfect.
I'm not making this stuff up. It's a real piece of WWII printed insignia. It shows age, but is still very good.
